The Back Office Diagnostic
One flat fee. A clear plan.
I dig into how calls, tickets and money actually move through your company, research the options that fit a yard your size, and hand you a written report of what to fix first. The report is yours to keep, whether you work with me after or not.

How it runs
Four steps, start to finish
Everything happens by phone, screen share and the exports or read-only access you choose to share.
Book & pay
Check out online. I'll reach out to schedule your kickoff.
Kickoff call
We walk through a normal day and a bad night, and I list what I need to see.
Review & research
I go through your calls, tickets, billing and tools, and research the options that fit.
Report & walkthrough
You get the written report, then we go through it together on a call.
After the diagnostic
Retainer services are available
Most companies keep going on a monthly retainer to put the plan into action and keep it running: setting up phones and dispatch, cleaning up billing, building impound tracking, connecting your tools and training your people. Scope and price come from your diagnostic, so you only pay for what your yard needs.
Questions
Good to know
Is it all remote?
Yes. Calls, screen share and the files or read-only access you choose to share. That's how I work with companies anywhere in the country.
What do I need to provide?
An hour for the kickoff, plus whatever we agree I should see: call logs, sample tickets and invoices, your current software, and a rough idea of your rates and accounts.
Do I have to sign up for a retainer?
No. The report is yours. Plenty of owners take it and run with it themselves. If you want help carrying it out, a retainer is there.
Will you sell me software?
No. I don't resell a platform or take kickbacks. I recommend what fits your yard, including the tools you already have.
Is my information kept private?
Yes. Your numbers, customers and processes stay between us and are only used to build your report.
What if I'm not sure I'm a fit?
Start with the free fit check on the contact page. If the diagnostic isn't right for you, I'll tell you before you spend anything.
