Shipping policy

Back Office Recovery sells consulting services, not physical products, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.

How services are delivered

• Booking: After you purchase the Back Office Diagnostic, you'll get a confirmation email. We'll contact you within 1 business day to schedule your kickoff call. You can also book directly through our scheduling link.
• Work sessions: Calls and system reviews take place by phone, video call or screen share. On-site visits are available by arrangement.
• Deliverables: Your written recommendations report is delivered electronically, by email or a shared link, before your walkthrough call. Most Diagnostics are completed within 2–3 weeks of kickoff, depending on scheduling and how quickly we receive access to your systems.
• Retainers: Retainer work is delivered remotely on the schedule set out in your proposal or agreement.
